He explained what needs to be serviced, what could have been the possible reasons for the frequent beeps un our O2 concentrator. How yo avoid it in future. He had shared videos of various phases including the 2 days and nights of testing that was conducted with us through whatsapp. Also, he suggested to test the equipment for a day after delivering the O2 concentrator and he took the payment only after our test runs were completed.

I had bought a Jumao OCM (China-made) in 2021 that was unused for the last 2 years. After I took it to him, he explained very clearly that it needs a step-down unit as it only functioned with 120 volts (our Indian plugs are 220-240 volts). After getting it repaired, Mr Muneer also gives instructions via video call and mentioned to me about regular maintenance. In my opinion, you cannot find a better person than him for your OCM repair. You can just blindly trust him. Kudos to you Mr Muneer!!!

I was told by the vendor where I originally purchased the oxygen machine that it was working fine, they had run the diagnostics and found no issue. I took the machine back home and as soon as it powered up it died again. I found the oxygen concentrator machine repair and service in online and read the reviews. I sent them the machine and the next day they gave me an estimate. Within 2 days I had the machine back. It was packed very well. I plugged it in and it stayed powered up, off to a good start. When I used it that night it was extremely quiet and the leak I had been fighting for 2 years was miraculously non existent. A week later all is good, still no leak and it remains powered up and quiet. Extremely pleased with the repair, highly recommend...
